All domestic shipments are free above $59. If you select expedited shipping at checkout then you may be charged for more. Domestic shipments are normally shipped and tracked through USPS.

Be advised that many factors contribute to delivery time. Personalized & handmade items can take approximately 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 4 to 7 business days for arrival.

  • Priority and Expedited Shipping options are available for ready-to-ship items only. If your order includes personalized or made-to-order pieces, express shipping options will not appear at checkout.

International:

International shipments are shipped with the most economic methods available based on location.

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail [5-10 Days]

When your package has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation email and a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you!

Packaging 

Dorado accessories come tucked into an aesthetic box—perfect for gifting. You may also choose to add a Gift Bag to your order.

Shipping Insurance

Dorado is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. You may add Shipping Protection to ensure your items are insured.

Even gold needs care

Gold is durable, but everyday exposure to perfume, chlorine, soaps, and cleaning products can dull its shine over time. To help preserve its finish, remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, cleaning, or applying products.

Makeup first, then accessories

Perfume, lotions, hairspray, and some cosmetics contain chemicals that can be harmful to your Jewelry. It is always best to apply your makeup first and then put on your Jewelry in order to minimize exposure that can be damaging.

    Jewelry and pools don't mix

    Pools and jacuzzis are full of chlorine that, if exposed regularly, can cause your Jewelry to discolor. So play it safe: When you're stripping down into your bathing suit, take off your Jewelry too.

    Don't clean with the gleam

    Harmful chemicals and Jewelry don’t mix. The chemicals in cleaning products can be harmful to the quality and longevity of your precious Jewelry pieces.

    Be smart about safekeeping

    Properly storing your Jewelry will do wonders for keeping it looking new. Keep your Jewelry in a box where it won't get tangled up with other items or damaged from too much movement.

    Take it off before you sweat it off

    Make sure to remove your Jewelry before all intense physical activity. This will protect it from any damage that may occur in contact sports.

    Rub a dub dub, no Jewelry in the tub!

    Chemicals soaps contain could also do a number on your Jewelry. Too much sudsing in the shower while wearing your personalized necklace, bracelet, or rings can cause a dulling of the sheen and diminishing its gorgeous shine.
